Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pakistan
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
The product must be in the same condition as received.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
Items returned after 3 days will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Shipping
Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
Customers must ship the product back within 3 days after return approval.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
Provide your order number and reason for return.
After approval, ship the item to the return address provided.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
4. Refund Policy (For COD Orders)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds for COD orders will be issued via:
Bank Transfer
EasyPaisa
JazzCash
Cash refunds are not available for COD orders.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or damaged products
Items without original packaging
Products returned after 3 days
Discounted or clearance items (unless damaged)
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos or video proof.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.
Important Notice
We strongly recommend recording a video while opening your parcel.
Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
